I got achilles tendinitis a few weeks ago for the first time ever. I was also training in the Mizuno Idaten instead of my usual Mizuno Wave Riders. I switched because of my shin issues. It helped my shin, but then I got achilles tendinitis. I don't know if it was caused by the shoes or because I tansitioned too soon or what. Now that I am about to get some new shoes, I don't know what to do. My achilles has mostly healed. Would the Precisions be okay or would those not be considered minimal enough? It is frustrating when too much of a shoe can cause injuries and too little of a shoe can cause injuries.
