I've been wondering about these measurements for a while- I feel like I'm on the stocky side for a distance runner: about 5' 10", 150 lbs. so that would make my BMI 21.7. My body fat measurement (with calipers) generally varies from 5-6%. How do these compare to yours/how fast are you? and does anyone have any information on the BMI/body fat % of elite middle and long distance runners? Thanks.
