I'm going to be doing more conditioning work in order to get a totally flat stomach and strengthen my core.
I've heard that doing sit ups the 'wrong' way can make things worse and cause your stomach to become less flat. Is this true or just a load of rubbish!?
My stomach is pretty flat but I want it to be rock hard and I also think it will help in races to have a stronger core.
Can anyone give any tips on how to do sit ups (or crunches) well? Thanks.
