Have you ever used a running calculator by submitting your best time for a recent race distance then it predicts other best times in different distances and different training paces? I do, and its always WAY off...explain why please...
Based on a half marathon race at 01:58:31, your projected finish times for the following distances should be:
1500m 7:12
the mile 7:45
3000m(3k) 15:00
3200m(about 2 miles) 16:04
5000m(5k) 25:47
8000m(8k) 42:26
5 miles 42:42
10,000m(10k) 53:45
ten miles 1:29:01
a half marathon 1:58:31
a marathon 4:07:06
10:27 min/mile Easy run training pace (cant you walk that fast)
8:44 min/mile Tempo run training pace (more like 7:30-7:45)
7:53 min/mile Maxmum oxygen training pace
7:18 min/mile Speed form training pace
10:27 - 11:46 min/mile Long run training pace
4:02 min/800 Yasso 800s training pace
yet ive run 5:28 for the mile, 12:12 for the 2-mile, 19:27 for 5k...is it possible that these calculators base times off of higher mileage than i do, my mileage is only 25-30 most of the time
