im pretty sure it isn't because the body produces it, and it is found in meat. it's a naturally occuring amino acid that is fundamental in muscle growth, so it isn't any type of anabolic steroid
Yes but HGH is naturally occuring in the body as well but is banned in most sports at certain levels. probably along the same lines as creatine.
Creatine is not banned by the IOC, IAAF, or NCAA.
There is a HUGE difference between the performance-enhancing properties of creatine and steroids. Saying someone is "using human growth hormone, creatine, or steroids" is like saying someone is "using whisky, Kool-Aid, or vodka". Equating creatine with steroids reveals real ignorance.
