I pulled my R. glute about a month ago, at least I thought it was a pull. It still hurts. I can't sit more than 1/2 hour without it throbbing, then the throbbing starts to travel down my leg. The weird thing is, I can run just fine, in fact after a slow thorough warmup I'm running faster and stronger than ever. I ice it after a workout, but the next morning it's aching again. So anyone with any type of knowledge about this, could it be something more than a pull? It's low on the butt, about 3 inches higher than where the leg meets the butt. If anyone has any serious input, I'd appreciate. I'm sure I'll get my share of jerk off comments, but hopefully something good will get posted.
