in my opinion the only good way to exercsise your feet is through ambulation... that's the only thing they're designed to do. so I would suggest barefoot walking/running

Barefooted x 25m - walk on the outside edge of your feet, then on the inside edge of them, on your heels with forefoot off ground, then up high on your toes.
Balance one one foot for a certain amount of time. There are multiple ways to do this with varying difficulty. Eyes open vs eye closed, barefoot vs with shoes, surface you're on, and you can also try it on either foam or one of those rubber things they often have at gyms. This sort of works the whole lower leg/ankle/foot region.
Also, for arches, I've heard of putting a pencil on the ground and doing repititions of picking up the pencil with your toes.
