i've been having trouble with pf for about two months, and have basically tried everything (ice, rolling with tennis ball, stretching, taping) and already have custom-made orthodics. basically my question is at what point is getting the cortisone shot a good idea to get this healed? i am training hard right now for xc this fall (i'm going to be a college junior) and frankly need to not have this problem right now. if it matters, i've never had a problem with PF before- running 6 years- so i think if it can heal, it won't bother me again.
