This is taking forever to download onto my computer (live on the 'wrong side of the hills'); maybe from work.Anyway, that was a great Carleton team. We'd run against them three or four times a year. That year we went to their invite and spent the weekend with them. They were hard partiers too! They used classic Lydiard training, and good pacing to win races. At regionals they'd run as a pack and would have thier top 7 in about 70th or 80th place, well back from the leaders, and then they'd just move up. I learned a lot about running from that team. [Hopefully I'll get to see the video within a week.]

Thanks for putting these up. One of my professors this year upon hearing that I ran XC said he ran for Carleton and was on a national champion team. I haven't corresponded with him since, but I thought it be pretty cool if this was the year he ran, so I sent them to him.
On another note, it was weird watching a race with basically scripted commentary.
