New album is very solid. Clean sound with about a thousand things going on in each song. "The Larger Bowl" and "Working Them Angles" are my favorite tracks. I saw Rush perform this past Saturday in Saratoga Springs, NY. Well worth the ticket price. They played several songs from Permament Waves, "entre nous" and "natural science" which were a first for their live acts. Encore was great with "one little victory" "passage to bangkok" and "yyz".
Get the new album.

Agreed - I saw them in Scranton and will see them in Camden this week as well. I never thought I'd hear digital man live or beneath the wheels. I loved the song selection... They haven't lost much.

I saw them play "Natural Science" on the Test For Echo tour in 1996. Unfortunately I will not be able to see them this tour, the first time in 16 years.
My first Rush show was as a freshman in college in 1991. A couple of friends hijacked me and drove me to Minneapolis to see them on the Roll the Bones tour. I was hooked after that. I've seen every Rush tour since then with those same two friends.
The new album is indeed good. Seems to pick up where Vapor Trails left off. Three instrumentals, too!
Saw them on Monday in CT....terrific show. They played three hours worth of music and were still sharp. Pulled quite a few songs out of the vault as well. Highly recommended.
My God, I saw them on the Moving Pictures tour in 1980 or '81. They were fantastic. Haven't heard but one song on the new album, but it sounded like...Rush.
