what is so wrong with chi running some of the things in it besides the spirtual crap seem to make sense.
-a slight lean to create an x component to gravity and if you watch kenyans they all run with a lean where as alan webb runs 90 degrees
-keeping a straight upper body with a level pelvis seems logical
-driving with a circular leg motion and using your upper body with the cadence your running
what im not sure on is it right that your not supposed to lift your knees when you run but drive back with negative speed and the recovery phase will result in a knee lift corresponding to your speed.
