I ran barefoot the other day and my calves have been sore for two days. I ran too far for the first run barefoot....four miles and my feet are ok but my calves are more sore than they ever have been in my life. It has been two days and if I sit down for a few minutes and then get up to walk my calves hurt so bad i am almost cripple. I can take the pain but how long should i go before i run again? Should i let the pain totally subside before running again ? thanks.....
