Well today I did a workout and it went like this
6 X 1000 meters: 3:04, 3:05, 3:04, 3:02, 3:02, 3:00 (all with about 3 minutes rest).
Then we did 4X400: 68, 68,67, 66 (with about 1 minute 45 seconds rest)
Based on this what do you think I could run??
