i would think someone built pretty powerfully. someone like solinsky would be better in the sand than someone like ritzenhein. gotta power your way through that stuff or youll slip. not gonna glide on it.

Australia is the best beach lifesaving country in the world, with the best/fastest lifesaver athletes.
All the best sand runners ie beach sprints, flag sprintrs, distance runners...have very toey, high knee lift running styles. All are very light on their feet.
And yes they are very muscular and powerfully built through the glute, quad and calf muscle groups
false: you can't power your self through, you'll just spin out, I'd say who ever runs lightest will do the best
