Firstly let me say, great run by Hall. Not necessarlily the time but how he ran and who he beat.
I have a question for Dave Monti:
I trust your word that Hall went 28.22 for the first 10km and then you had him timed at roughly 57.06 at 20km. This would mean his second 10km was 28.44.
If that was correct how can he have ran 2.37 for the last 1.1km. That is like 2.20 for the last km (1.50 - 800m).
The math just does not add up.
If the course was slightly short, he still would have been around 60mins which is still awesome.
I hope this will not be like Salazar when he suppossedly broke the world record in the marathon at NY. The course was short and it took many years before the truth came out. The organisers knew and they wanted to hide it from everyone as America wanted to be known on the world stage.
If the course was short just admit it rather than again trying to put America on the map again.
