I apologize for yet another prediction thread, but I haven't raced on the track for two years and have no idea what kind of mile shape I'm in based on this workout:
4 x (200-200-400) w/200 meter jog btwn reps & 400 meter jog btwn sets
35-35-68
34-33-66
32-32-64
32-32-63
Workout was done indoors on 165 meter track. Started out very conservatively and cranked it down a bit; felt relaxed throughtout.
Background: 25:30 XC pr this fall off 85 miles a week before having to take two weeks off due to iron defficiency/overtraining. Been running for 7 weeks now with the last 3 being in the low 70s.
So what can I run a mile in? Any thoughts and smartass comments are appreciated?
