How much does his coach get for all this?
How much does his coach get for all this?
who is his coach
Terrence Mahon is his coach. I don't think Ryan could have payed him anything more than that 59:43. Even a great like Mahon must have felt payed in full watching Hall blaze such an historic race. Imagine being a coach of such a guy like Ryan, your jaw is always on the ground and you just can't believe what you are seeing. Here is a question, Hall says "Hey coach Ill give you 10 Grand and run 1:03:43...or Ill give you one dollar and run 59:43 before your very eyes." I'd say, use the dollar and buy an extra Gatorade, let me get 50 people to video this, listen to your body don't hurt yourself, and if you feel good OH MY GOD LET ME SEE YOU FLY!!
If Ryan Hall doesn't pay him, than who does?
How does Terrence Mahon feed himself and pay his mortgage? Is he on welfare?

The shoe company pays his coach, most likely.
PAID!

Isn't he the Team USA coach (to several runners...Gabe, Fleshman, etc) and as such, paid by Team USA.
I spelled it EXACTLY like I wanted to spell it...you fool.
You messed up this time, go search all the other boards to correct something that is really a mistake. My spelling of this word is a little inside joke between friends. Go search all the threads you have much work to do. I am not white, only a white pussy would stay hidden like you do.
Actually they did embrace big time after the race. Watch 30 seconds after the race. Maybe I am just way to passionate about the sport. I will just shut my trap.
It's paid.

I believe that the T Mahon camp is funded by the NYRR/USATF pairing- his was one of the training groups that got a fat check. I'm sure he pays himself a salary out of the alloted funds. The real question- how much does he pay himself?
just be thankful you weren't mocked for that post.
I liked the post. Sounds like a lover of the sport. Good post dude.
Begin a sentence with a capital letter. It should be (Just)and not just.
Runners don't pay for anything, they're too cheap.
Hey, GRAMMARFAN/GrammarPolice/Grammar Man, this is a punctuation mistake on his part. It is not a grammar mistake. Like eighty percent of posts on here he could care less and was just typing away. Take your medication and stay hidden.
As a coach, I can appreciate the post by the third poster ("Payed"). So true.
I too can appreciate the third post, as there is nothing better than seeing an athlete you've trained really uncork one. Yet, I don't get why people think coaches should work for next to nothing or just for the satisfaction. No one thinks Tony Dungy, or Bill Belli... however you spell it, should work for free. We have bills, and we perform a service. If you're satisfied with that service, pays us, if not, hire someone else.
As an NCAA coach, I've really thought about this over the years and I believe, as a group, coaches really have issues with their self worth. I see so many young coaches willing to coach for pay they would never even consider in a "professional" field, which leads me to believe they must not think the work they're doing is worth substantially more. This ready supply of slave labor gives the AD's an easy way out when it comes to underpaying track coaches to balance the budget. I know it's kind of off the original topic, but it's my pet peave, after all.

This is really not a proper sentence structure.
