Well at least they won't be shelling out much cash since no one on the FF team can hit those standards.
I'm sure they'll be hitting some bull standards on a regular basis.

I don't know...maybe some of the masters...but their open guys are pretty weak. From looking at their team records there's maybe one open guy who can hit any of the cash standards. Is that really the best Sacramento has to offer?
If the cash was coming from Red Bull I am sure the owner of Fleet Feet would take his cut.
Isn't that what happened with the PA prize money?

Was that a Foo girl in that bathtub?
Nice!
Only if Siraki's now a FOO girl!
hahaha
Anita Siraki....decent runner at Stanford and now a myspace freak.
That would be funny if that was her in that video.
the reason noone can answer what the qualifications are of the coach is that there aren't any!
You do not have a clue.
I am one of the coaches and I have over 5 years of personal training experience not to mention 7 years experience teaching step class.
What experience do you have?
Probably nothing!

Really, the hip penguins are all onto amphipods now, so all the 'necessities' can be kept under wraps inside baggy basketball shorts.
I hope your post is a joke.
If not, I feel sorry for the team.
Excremento has surpassed Boulder in terms of drama and that's no small feat!
I can't tell if the "you know nothing" post is a joke or not. If it's serious, it might be the best post on here. "personal training experience", "7 years teaching step class", that's the kind of coaching I envision for this team: fitness trainers with no running/coaching background. A well spent $125.

You are not serious? We donated half our winnings to a charity the other half went back to the scoring members of the team.

The only drama is on Letsrun which is dramatic about everything.
Well every thread on here for about the past four or more years regarding anything about Sacramento has always turned into a battle royale for various denizens of that cow town. It NEVER fails.
Santa Cruz Track club has one or two pretty good coaches. And a hell of a great place to train.

Almost every thread turns into your "battle royale".
Tireless defensiveness is just one part of the drama!
That is a complete lie!!!
Or you are just completely fooled.
I know for a fact that is not the truth.

Can you post that email? Sounds funny--funnier than the name Hypnotoad!! Ha ha! I always think "turd" when I see that!
My guess is you alway think "turd" no matter what you see. But don't worry, for most people that phase ends somewhere around puberty.
You need to get a life.
Things did not go your way so now you have sour grapes?
