Amazing that Grant Fisher outkicked a guy like Cole Hocker whose kick is sick. Always great to cheer for the true long distance guy. But the time is even more insane. World athletics scoring says this is comparable to a 12:32 outdoor 5k, and a 26:07 outdoor 10K!

I can't believe what I just saw. 2 Americans under the WR, with Jacobs and Teare running 7:30. Gressier and Robinson also ran 7:30, and Teare and Gressier both closed in 27.5-6. And somehow Grant Fisher has the fastest kick in the whole field with a 27.50 to outkick the (also American) reigning Olympic 1500m Champion and 3:27 guy. And it's not like Hocker isn't in shape, he just ran under the WR too!

Kerr's 2 mile (8:00.67) is listed as exactly as good as Hocker's time (7:23.14) both at 1310 points. That is nonsense. Hocker's performance is definitely better.
