I'm a college junior and have been dealing with runner's knee for well over two months. I can finally elliptical at full strength but can't run yet. I'm still hoping to compete this season and want to get in shape fast. Is there any detriment to doing hard sessions every day? I can easily get my HR up to the 190s and even above 200 without taxing my muscles and am unsure if there are any downsides to doing this regularly. I'll do a variety of workouts that get in 20-40 minutes of hard work. Is this a good plan?
