I just ran a 5k and my time was a 23:28, but I also very recently ran a 5:22mile on a track. How can this be? And is there anything I can do to get faster
Lol you must have sprinted the first mile of that 5k and completely gassed yourself out for the last 2.1 miles. I ran a 5:23 mile a week after running 19:20 with pretty even pacing.
What was your paces?
