Started off decent, was improving. Then started getting worse. Fitness evaporating unexplainably. Sick and tired every few weeks. It's over. Gonna take supplements and jog for the rest of the year, try to comeback next year.

I hope you know that this sounds like the textbook definition of overtraining. You gain fitness quite fast and then you just die off.
I am going to resort back to my unhealthy lifestyle choices and not go outside and not look both ways b4 Xing the street
