Ramsden was a class above. Dragged the 5 women behind her to PBs. A big PB for OK State’s Billah Jepkirui in 2nd. Impressive.
Ramsden goes from 4:35 D3 class runner to a class above the best NCAA women's mile field in 3 years. Nothing suspicious there, especially considering that her male counterpart Graham Blanks has also made a career of progress in 3 years.
ouch, was that taylor Rowe who fell just before they cut away to shot put? looked painful.
It looked like it… said she is now not in the race. Looked painful.
she may have landed on her face. I heard the "smack" right before they cut away. surprised the announcers didnt mention she fell., they just said she dropped out.
Too cheap to pay $11 to watch a major track meet? Some big track fan you are!
I agree
under 6 bucks a day?
easy decision really and i like it with race after race slight break , not ar all lengthy though
I thoroughly disagree. Think about the monthly TV rate if you're going to pay $11 to watch one event. Over the air would show you 24x30 hrs per month for $0, including three or more NFL games and many other events. Now if you have a cable subscription, you might pay some amount like $50-60/month on it. One track meet for 20% of a month's cable watching? That's outrageous. Don't forget that we also had World's and USA Trials in the past month. At the same rate, you'd be paying more than half a month's overpriced cable for $33. Then you add five to ten streaming services if you seriously want to watch all the track meets in the summer. It's the people who pay their outrageous prices that are the problem because they embolden organizations to charge all these prices. What was I missing ten years back when you could watch all this stuff free on the Internet?
That is a lot of drop outs. Unless someone is sick or injured, (or falls), I am not a fan of no shows from an NCAA final. Other runners could have taken the spot.
Is pacing like that for a teammate legit at a championship final?
