2024 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships

Parker Valby ran away from the field again, Maia Ramsden got her second NCAA title, and Juliette Whittaker had the biggest upset of the night over Michaela Rose at the NCAA Track and Field Champs.

Nico Young dominated for the second night in a row, Luke Houser repeated in the mile and Rivaldo Marshall got the surprise win in the 800.

Parker Valby made it look easy but said it wasn't too easy afterward and BYU got the upset win in the DMR.

Nico Young is no longer just the NCAA record holder, he is now an NCAA champion, as he captured the 5000m title in impressive fashion.

We feel NAU's Drew Bosley. Bosley, who ran the NCAA record in the 3000 last year at 7:36.42, didn't make NCAAs this year despite running 7:43.98 for 3000 (which ranked him 17th) and 13:29.26 for 5000 (#21).
