Nah, I need an upset and her or Alfred are the only two i can see winning the 100m outside of the Jamaicans. Hobbs is good but i don't see faster than 10.75 for her. Would like to see at least 3 Americans run 10.7 this year. Too many running 10.8 now.

Can SAFP and Thompson return to peak form this year? Both are getting up in years (esp Fraser Pryce). Thinking Jackson and younger Jamaicans stepping up this year, as well as Alldred, of course. No doubt the May 5 SCR is a gold medal threat, and hope it's a harbinger of things to come. But we'll see what everyone's form is in July and August.

The form she showed in that early-season relay anchor was awesome, and she knew it—which was why she was “celebrating” while coming in 2nd. It was not celebration of the placing, but pure celebration of how she felt: AWESOME.👍

This is significant. Yeah I know what happened before, but whatever. For me, she already has 3 major successes this season—the relay anchor, the 10.5w, and this 10.7 ftw.

From what I've seen of her this season, she seems like she is trying to get her act together and she is running well. I've been pretty skeptical of her in the past and her antics have put me off but we've given others more than a second chance for far worse than what Richardson has done.

I hope she turns the corner but I can kind of understand why haters are gonna hate. It's their nature and that is why I stay away from those toxic people in my personal life. I have no use for them.
