There was a pack together at the bell (3:00) and Kipyegon crushed them all to show why she's the greatest female 1500m runner ever.

Fred Kerley had the best final 30 meters to pass Bednarek for the win as Michael Norman was dead last as he tries to experiment with the 100 his focus this year.

Aregawi pushed most of the pace but when Girma took the lead it was no contest the final lap.

After the announcers focused on Dina Asher-Smith and Shericka Jackson, Sha'Carri Richardson, the fastest wome in the world in 2023 got the win.
Behind half way she had the best speed the last 20 meters.

Slimane Moula of Algeria, 5th at Worlds, and the DL winner in Stockholm last year, got the win over Kisasy (better known as Wycliffe Kinyamal. Clayton Murphy of USA moved up for 4th.
Noah Kibet led throug a slow 400 but faded last lap.

CJ Allen picked a great meet to go sub 48 for the first time, but appeared to tighten up a bit after the last hurdle when he had the lead and that le Rai Benjamin get the win.

Yavi who was 4th at Worlds last year got the win as world record holder Beatrice Chepkoech was competitive until the final lap which is a step up from last year.
Olympic champ Peruth Chemutai was last and former World Champ Emma Coburn second to last but she gets a pass as she fell on lap 2.

On 2nd lap, looks like someone moved into Coburn during a hurdle.
Then Val Constein appeared to really injure herself with no contact leaving the water jump.

Great start on the field. In men's TJ, world-leading legal 57-11 by Pichardo, then a wind-aided 58-9.25!!! (barely windy at 2.1). Two others over 58(w), too!
And World champ Ceh threw 232-7 on his first attempt in men's DT, 2nd in the world this year.
