Missed Nico's record by under a tenth of a second!

Wow - he is only a junior.
8:01 none too shabby either for Aaron.

Wow…. So close to the family HS record
At least he got the U18 record
Good race for Aaron also #4 all time (right in front of Ches) 8:01.72
So the guy that came 6th at RL has run faster than Ches, LV, Webb, Ritz (by 12s)… indoor

With super shoes and all🤣
I expect Colin to be 3:59.1
1:01.87 first 400, so probably too slow for sub-4. But who knows.
Uhh... guess I was wrong. Sahlman 3:58.81 FTW!
Holy ship! What a kick!

He could have run faster. He ran in lanes 2 and 3 for part of the race.
Seems to me he ran brilliantly.

again, not sure how much if any experience any of those kids had running indoors, but they all seemed to position themselves well. Negative splits for all of them too.

He did, but I think he can go faster in the right race given how much he had in the tank for the last lap.

Yeah, it looked like he had a solid game plan to go sub-4 and whatever happened on the last lap was icing on the cake. To get the win is awesome for him and his team. Their confidence is going to be through the roof. With this under his belt and in a faster field, he can go faster yet. Let's see what happens during outdoors. It's going to be a season for the ages.
No, he will break 4 Saturday afternoon.
