They are grad transfers. Ivy League only allows athletes a 4 year clock and I don't think they allow post grads (regardless of years).
All of those kids got COVID Red shirts, and can't stay in the conference. They are looking to transfer after they graduate in May of 2023. Always a lot of Ivy League transfers in portal.
Well at least it looks like you read the article before commenting. I was thinking the same thing about assistants but he has a 5 year contract. And our AD is patient if he see things moving in a positive direction which is a low bar. So he has years to get the staff he wants in place. Reading this thread it looks like lots of coaches would love to move to a P5 program. Maybe with realignment even more interest in a B1G program.
Because a contract is never breakable a Illinois, just ask Lovie Smith.
Like I just posted- “our AD is patient if he sees things moving in a positive direction which is a low bar”. Not what was happening in football with Louie. You need to learn to read before posting.

Lovie coached five years at Illinois the same length as Petros contract. There’s few if any basketball or football coaches that don’t get fired in the middle of a contract. They get extended by the AD to show support for the coach until they loose support and get fired. You should know this stuff. You probably do you just want to be argumentative.
A common california exotic pet monkey could throw darts at workouts and train NP to win at state and national level. And probably also look away from the camera and put together the same word salads using those refrigerator magnetic words for the YouTube as Brosnan. No doubt
Well according to the mind-wizard known as SouthernmostIllini, there are a lot of coaches who would like to be P5 assistants, so seems like the gate is wide open to anybody with donkey to get to Champaign.
