for real dude, for real.
for real dude, for real.
Make a rosary out of your shoe strings and pray all day.
Do a set of push-ups or sit-ups after each decade. Start and finish with some jogging in place.
Anyone think Mr. W. is reading this really wondering about jumping jacks, running in place, and push-ups?
So how's life in jail? Make any boyfriends yet?
update?
?
Hey guys, glad to know that you all care so much, well it was hard getting used to prison life, I decided to be the bitch of this huge black guy because I thought he would protect me, but he traded me to another huge black dude for a pack of smokes. I have only sucked off 4 skinheads and I think they will take care of me. As for the anal sex, its weird, you know it really only seems kinky the first time. Then you get used to it. well anyways, its time for my cocktail fruit
-laters peace out
p.s. if any of you want to grab a beer when i get out, email me
It's almost been 3 months! NoWorkRelease should be out in 3 weeks (assuming he behaved himself while there) and we'll get to hear how the core strength routine went! Maybe he'll finally tell us what he did to get in there the first place
Ok! NoWorkRelease should be out of jail now! Lets hear how it went! What kind of shape are you in?
How many more sodomy jokes before we get a reply?
Hey there, I am finally out of the clink.
It was hard time, and it was doubled due to bad behavior.
I wasn't "bad," per se, but just refused to do anything but workout.
They tried to make me do laundry, but I would just drop and do push ups and sit ups instead.
I also did a lot of running in the yard.
There wasn't much of that "being a bitch" thing going on, so I was fine. One time a guy tried to fight me but I just acted crazy and he backed down.
Anyway, I lost a ton of weight in there, and my running is going to suffer I am sure. I signed up for a 10k in March, we'll see how it goes.
hahahahaha
ha
What a gigantic let-down of a thread.
PS
From what I've heard, you shower individually, and rapes rarely occur. Though there's plenty of shady stuff, crooked guards, and drugs in prisons, from what I've heard.

NOT THE REAL ORIGINAL POSTER AS IT WAS ME.
I love it when some poster here wants to go trolling and they dig up some two year old thread.
If you notice the original name of the 1st poster (me) was "NoWorkRelease" with no spaces. This new poster posts as "No Work Release" with spaces.
I registered the name b/c someone was posting as me originally. I did not plan to post again and have long since forgotten my password.
Did you feed a cop's diabetic horse a bunch of candy and stuff like on half baked adn now your sweet virgin behind is in danger? I hope one of your roomates is a janitor at a lab where he can get ahold os some pot to sell.
so lets get some kind of an update. I remember reading this thread 2 years ago. I need some closure here...
I am a new poster to this thread but this is an interesting topic to me as I just served a little over four months (I think it was 131 days to be exact) in a county jail.
The worst part about the jail I was in was that we were locked in our cells 21 hours a day, with only 3 hours of "block-out" where we were in the day room. I did pushups, pullups, dips and crunches almost every day, actually increasing my strength. When I got out I could actually bench more than I could when I went in (before I could do reps of 10 at 135 easy and max around 185 now I can do 10 reps at 170 easy and max at 225). However my aerobic fitness suffered immensely, I was in about low 16 min 5k shape when I went in and don't know think I could break 18 minutes if I were to race tomorrow.
Jail was excessively boring and uncomfortable as it was damn hot and humid in there, many nights I had serious trouble sleeping as I was soaked in sweat. However, I passed my time with a great deal of reading (about 60-70 books and many magazines plus the newspaper every day), working out, and shooting the shit with other inmates.
The food sucked obviously and they gave you so little of it, but you could buy overpriced stuff like cookies, chips, ramen noodles, etc to be able to eat more and not go hungry at least.
We got to play basketball about twice a week in the indoor gym. The fact that I am a pretty good basketball player and the fact that I have a lot of tattoos instantly made me fit in among the primairly black inmate population (I am white). I had no problems with other inmates and actually met some cool people in there.
I certainly never want to go back and experience it again, but for four months jail was not so horrible. The worst part is just how bad it f***ed up my finances and such on the outside that I am now dealing with getting back together. Also the fact that many jobs are now off-limits to me even though I am a recent cum-laude college graduate.
Alas, it was a life experience. I certainly wish it upon no one. However if you ever do have to do time, just man up and face it. You will survive.
Stumbled on this...
