At Virginia Challenge they had 4 men under 13:55 in the same race, and had another at 8:51 in the steeple that same night. They are the top team going in to this fall's XC season in the southeast, and will win the region. Milt chose the wrong time to take over at UNC. ACC is back on the rise with Notre Dame and Wake both trending in the right direction.
I wish people cared about the ACC, but can't think of the last time they won a national championship in Cross Country.... maybe NEVER??
