So next Wednesday I’m running my season opener in the 3000m, and I want to give you guys a recent workout so you can predict my time bc I have no idea what’s possible right now. On Monday I ran 6x800 at 2:20 with a REALLY bad headwind on the back 200m, like you felt like you hit a wall bad, with 3 min rest in between, and then a 2 mile tempo at 5:25 pace, and then 4x200 in 33 down to 30. I would rate it a 6/10 effort, meaning it wasn’t anywhere near all out. What kind of shape am I in?
