Yeah i'm good on that. It's definitely a good reason when your right arm looks like this.
That's as straight as I can make my right arm. It no longer straightens out. All of the bones are broken in it. The tendons are no longer connected to the bone. Meaning that I can't take a 5 lb weight and do a behind the head tricep extension with my right arm but yet I can do over 65 lbs with my left arm.
See the difference between the two? Sixty five minus 5 equals 60 pounds stronger on behind the head tricep extensions on my left arm.
