Marion Jones missed a drug test in high school.
It's generally hard to fail a drug test if you don't take it.
Is this going to be another thread where you go on and on and on until everyone else gets bored and stops commenting, then you run upstairs and tell your mum how you own the internet, sad man.

Just have to point out limitations and suggest that doping control is counterproductive, falsely selective and has created a more unfair competition playing field.
commenting whilst under investigation isnt very wise;
80% of the top sprinters are steroid users. People are woefully naive.
The NCAA is a production line for dopers.
Anyone know of any system where what you say when under investigation has a greater penalty than the offence you could be charged with.
You are no read any rights nor the right to remain silent etc etc.
Drug testing is the most massive Big Brother invasion the West has ever seen.

If an employer could get rid of staff each time they game an evasive answer to why they were late or absent then there would be an outcry.
If an employee was absent three times in one year and gave evasive answers then, Yes, they would be fired. And, No, there would be no outcry.
Imagine if they only checked on the employer 10 times per year and 30% of the time they were not there and had not informed there employer why they were absent. Thats the situation with missed tests there is virtually no chance that they only missed 3 tests in a year. They are frequently AWOL.

If only she were as quick to update her wherabouts as her instagram account.
The ban for steroids is 4 years. She missed 3 tests and only got 1 and others have got away with it completely. Plus gullible people or doping apologists will get to say missing tests does not prove they are doping so their image is maintained. Look at Christine Ohuruogu from the UK who got a pass.
They only miss tests when they know they have taken something.. Its not like they are tested every day and only miss 3/365 its more like 3/10 missed. What are the odds

Employees are not required to inform employers where they are 24/7 .
And no reasonable employer could sack them for failures to update or for them to have changes that were emergencies that it was not possible to inform about.
Nor create a situation where they could be banned from their work for two ; four or even life.
Nor are they employees; that would confer massive rights for them.
What “pass” did Christine Ohurougu get?
Emma Coburn to miss Olympic Trials after breaking ankle in Suzhou
