2:33:36 was the WR Marathon split
No more TiK/Tok Stars, please.
Men's lap four done. 2:42:56
Which brings up the question of why the stats display only shows the time and not the distance covered or splits or anything else.
Japanese coverage of events has far more helpful info on the screen, never on American coverage.

This coverage is top notch, and the commentary isn't bad at all either.
What?
The commentators have absolutely no clue what they are talking about.
It would be nice if they would have at least some trail ultrarunners commenting here.
People like to mock Camille's form but if I remember correctly it's from some kind of accident when she was young (not the 2019 car wreck)
She said she had to learn to run again with an upswing or something like that to compensate.
She has a 2:37 marathon in regular shoes back in 2012 so that's A-standard
But wasn't she Nike all the way? She was like first to use vaporflys on trails and ultras and stuff.
No way Hoka EVA is better than vaporfly. they must have paid her well to switch.
dudes are on pace through 50K. no big surprise.
How is Sage doing?
Firefighters fight fires bravely.
Teachers teach from home courageously.
Five laps done. Men 3:24:00
Walmsley is wounded. More dangerous?
Looks like it's a 2 man race. Craig & Jim. Unless Hawkes shakes it off as he's almost a 1/4 mile back.
