Perhaps you were one of the fools who decided to meekly submit, and your body reacted accordingly.

OP stop running mileage. Do sprints/light sprints instead, which boost T almost as much as lifting weights.
But if you don't want to get too bulky, do 200 meter sprints or 400 meter sprints instead of 60-100 meters.
Walk in between intervals. And the lighter your sprints, the more repeats you'll be able to do.
But the flat out high mileage running is hurting your T for sure.
OP one other thing you should try, along with switching to sprint repeats, is to pick up 5/10 pound dumbells to carry while you walk between sprints.
Find a soccer/football field or a track or a dirt parking lot, and just sprint up and back and then pick up some light dumb bells for your walking portions.
Or since you're a relatively high mileage guy, do 400 or 800 meter repeats on a track and pick up the dumb bells between.
Even doing 800 meter repeats will be better for your T than what you're doing now.
HIIT and/or 'sprints.' Yeah, sort of like how you used to warm up. That's all you need when it comes to that.
Lift heavy. Or go to a playground or nearby tree and do pull-ups.
Vit D. Fauci is taking 6000IU daily or whatever. If nothing else, protects from Covid.
Sunlight, too, and not just on your arms.
Lay off the sugar, and processed foods. Eat more protein.
Research DHEA. Some take 100mg daily, 50 then 50 later.
Can you get out for a 'brisk' walk or short (mile or two at most) run in the a.m. before eating? Do that.
Any access to a sauna?
