You have used dozens of different handles, sometimes on the same thread.
Deny that and that's just another lie to add to the collection.

You have a very strange logic. And that Burrito Maklin is absolutely not me. You just guess alot
both when it comes to different handles and your statements.
I just pointed out your own words, and than í have a strange logic, hmmm.
And you are definitely Burrito Maklin, no guess here.
But hé, what ever makes you happy.
A lot of people have caught you on multiple lies, so, you can put another one at the total.
See you later Jan

Just in this thread
Jan with the handle ?????
It`s absolutely no fake ! This is what happens with a talented runner and coached by
the Magic Wizard and his great "waterproof" system in short time.JS coached me from 16.30 to 15.37 in just 2 months!
Jan as Bishop Hill
So many pessimists here . A great thread with great coaching. I follow with great interest
Go Canefis, go!

I can just confirm that it's not about lactate tolerance /pushing. Lactate isn`t the enemy to defeat. Lactate is the runners best friend if the runner/coach knows to best handle it. What Phil must do when it comes to lactate threshold training is to run his for the moment best pace and stay with that until the supercompensation inserts and a new level occurs. Phil, you must train smart, don't strain and overdo things.Just do what's enough to improve.
I forgot one Jan or shall i say Magic Master?

A lot of experienced coaches, but no one as the magic JS! Phil can just hire him. Far from as expensive as Tinman.
Why not advocate JS here ? Have you followed his coaching of Canefis at another thread here?
Really impressing I say.Phil will never know how fast he could have been by now with JS as his coach.
Shall i continue? Jan? Old Wood? Bishop Hill, ???? Burrito Maklin?
Well no need for that i think, Gday
Trust is a must between athlete and coach. I would never hire a coach who lies all the time. This person cannot be trusted.

I'm not sure what to believe. There are various forms of Jan Stensson, JS, and handles that most readers assume to be the original SUPERIOR COACH. Things is, I suspect there are more JS imitators than most of you think. This thread has posts that could be the real guy using a random, one off name, but seem more likely to be someone mocking him by posting in his writing style.
Has JS used random names at times to appear to be an interested runner who somehow has heard of him? Absolutely. But I still suspect a fair amount of the posts which may appear to be him are randos who think it's funny to write in his ridiculous style.
Now, I don't want anyone to think I believe the real JS's claims about superstar Kenyans, winners of big-time races, etc. I agree with most of you there: he coaches nobody except Canefis and has never been anywhere near Kenya. Or Olympic Games, World Championships, World Cross, major marathons, etc. You'd think a coach of the favorites would find a way to get there, right? I mean, Salazar was in Doha before WA booted him. So don't get ne wrong, this clown is full of it, it's just that all the posts attributed to him may not really be written by him.
What`s really important here? Well.....the coaching of Canefis of course! :)
Slava will write more about his workout today. It was really great and I just mention he did
10 x 1600m at 3:20 min/ km , close to his very best LT-pace. When I coached my 2:07 marathon winner in Valencia marathon 2016 he did at most 8 x 1600m at LT-pace.Same with Mengich in his 2:10 and 2:08 two first marathons and same with the winner of Nice -Cannes marathon in 2:10 , also year 2016.

Today your legs and breathing was back to perfect again and now we looking forward to your very first specific long run under my wings on Saturday.Max heart rate reached 169 and that`s equal to 88 % of max heart rate and just perfect pulse at LT-pace.
The rest of 78 sec - 1:53 min is very interesting. This difference shows that the body needs more rest after every rep to get the perfect individual recovery.
