I hate cliché statements like "No human is limited". & "You can do anything if you put your mind to it".
Providing false hope & realistic idioms to vulnerable people who need inspiration/motivation doesn't guarantee you will success. If you told a child if he/she just tried hard enough they could put on a superman cape and start flying because according to Kipchoge "he/she is not limited".
That's the stupidest idiom I've ever heard.
If he doesn't mean that literally, than say what you mean. All cliché's are overused and abused while having very little time & place of application.
