What Eliud means is NOT that you can achieve anything but offen people set barriers in their mind like 'I can never break 15:00 or whatever'. His no limit means that these barriers only exist in our minds and can never be real. It's just not possible for anyone to limit you, like the speed of light. Now, that's a real limit set by nature. Of course, you have a limit which is determined by talent, determination, luck, whatever. Maybe you can never break 16:00, but you will never find out until you try, because again, this limit doesn't really exist.
