Yep, the Yahoo/ESPN messages boards were the only way for Americans to express free speech. I don't know how people expressed themselves for hundreds of years before the internet was invented. We're so oppressed!

You are right, they didnt have to provide a platform. Alternate headline is: what people were posting didnt align with their liberal agenda.

They have allowed some commenting now, but its only on select article.

How kind of them to "currate" or "tailor" the discussion.

1st amendement, only within their confines of what they deem "acceptable"
