Same here. Always feel like I'm gonna snap a ligament while running upon waking up. Running in the morning is hard on the body but easy on the mind, as I'm stiff but have finished the run. On the other hand, running in the evening is hard on the mind but easy on the body as I worry all day about running but am warmed up when it comes to run. I always prefer morning runs since I hate the feeling of waiting a whole day to run.
