Yeah, I am sure that will happen.
He will FKT an obscure trail nobody has heard about and his Cocoku fans will go crazy.
If the Berlin Marathon course was open tomorrow, then Big Jim would head down there and run 2.05 in a time trial. But he can't. He's just working within the capacity of the world we know it. You can't begrudge Big Jim for following the rules.

Athlete? Sport? The dude slowly jogs for long distances, that's not athletic or a sport. I'm sure he's really good at it and all, it's just that it's like being really good at holding your breath for really long periods of time. Sure it might be impressive in a "he sure can hold his breath for a really long time" kind of way, but, who cares?[/quote]
Dude, you have no idea. Nobody in the world is at the level Big Jim is at. He's so much better than anybody else, it's not funny. He could have easily qualified for and probably medalled in the Olympic marathon if he wanted. But when you're as brilliant as he is, you don't want to associate with things like the Coronavirus, so Big Jim made the sensible decision to do a tempo in Atlanta and start his warm down with three miles to go and then focus on bigger causes like Comrades and the Journet record. A selfless decision from a humble man to give the likes of Abdi and Jake Riley their moment in the sun..
Please give Big Jim the respect he deserves.
