Looks powerful, but no very economical.

Kevin Kiptum giving off the exact same vibe as Abraham Kiptum who is a convicted doper. Even runs the same.
I think he's beginning to hurt. But Geay in second place doesn't look like he's got much left in the thank either.

Kiptum might run close to 28:00 for the last 10K.
That would be a personal best.
Looks like he's still maintaining close to 14:00 5k pace eyeballing the 39k split
The way Kiptum aggressively pushed the pace is unreal.
Let's hope he's clean.

Hope is not a plan.
Gidey a few seconds behind the other women !

I don't understand how Beriso is still up there. She's 31 years old, her pb is 2:20:48 from 2016. She has run two marathons since 2018 -- 1st at 2020 Mumbai (2:24:51), then 2:25:05 to win Mexico City at altitude on August 28, 2022.
So to clarify: she ran zero races between January 2020 and August 2022, then ran 2:25 at altitude and is now on 2:14 pace in Valencia three months later.
Ever heard of a Keira D’Amato?
Shes trying to drop Gidey
1:55:39 +/- (14:05ish)
Beriso is pushing away... While running WR pace
Gidey getting dropped at the 1:56 mark!
1'55"40 at 40k that's less than 2'02, one final kick and he gets the WR!
Female leader: DOPED.
Wtf Beriso

I’m not big on “everyone is doping,” but if Beriso wins in a new WR I will certainly find that quite frustrating.
TO THE GILLS!!!!
There better be a drug test waiting for these people about three steps after finishing this race.
I'm shocked. Gidey is supposedly to be the star and expected winner in this marathon.
