12:58 is apparently the pace target so I'm doubting an AR. But Rupp does seem to be up there.

That was nearly 2 minutes on one javelin throw. Unbelievable. Nobody cares about watching that guy walk around.

Did that guy ever bet me the $1000. I knew Rupp would go with the pace. If you understand the sport, like I do, you knew that would be the case.

How can you pretend to know Rowbury's motives in a race.

I'm sure she is trying to place as high as she possibly can which means beating as many runners that are in front of her.

The only two people that came in before Rowbury were on a pace that she was obviously not comfortable with.

What is so wrong with Rowbury tucking behind Simpson? Simpson is always in the thick of things, and it has served Rowbury well. If it aint broke, don't fix it!
