This is the best part and actually makes it relateable for most people. Plus you can hear the treadmill get faster in the background so it's a good cue. I love it.

Oh, definitely. It's actually kind of cool. Instead of just talking about it, actually show somebody doing it. Makes people appreciate how hard it is a bit more.
