If i ran my long run the other day at this pace, what would you estimate i could do a 10k on the track in. Yea yea I know it doesn't work like that and there is no perfect conversion but Im just looking for some friendly banter here/some opinions. I have done the 5k my whole college time and am doing my first 10k soon as a senior.
FYI don't normally do my long runs at that pace if that wasn't clear ha ha ha. It was just supposed to be an easy day (typically 7:20 or 7:30) but I felt good the first few at like 6:55 then that amped me up to hammer the whole way home I guess!!
