White women are always clean. White men are almost always clean. Unless they're not American. Then they can be as dirty as brown or black people.

Why is it utter nonsense? Most American-born distance runners are so scared of losing to the far superior Africans at Worlds that they don't compete in USATF nats or if they qualify they take a pass and hide behind some thinly-veiled excuses about the heat, terrorism, illness, etc. XC is for strong people, not for wussies. How many times did Galen Rupp run XC nats?

I also don't agree with the plastic brits either that can't make there own national teams.
I'm going to be a d!ck here. For someone that hails from the namesake of our language, in only two posts, you've managed to use "where" and "there" improperly.
Truth!
Top 10 men?
Oops just noticed they are up on the race site.
So do we count the top 7 true americans after the top 5 in the guys race?

POTD should be POTUS 2020
Fauble turned down his spot, so Mason Ferlic will be going to Worlds, pretty nice return from injury. Go Blue

All Mr Marshmallow needs is a VP, how about Mr Cocoa Graham?
S'mores in the White House would beat Carrot Top any day!
Has Houlihan just peaked too soon? That looked very easy compared to everyone else's struggle.

She’s that much better. She’s an AR holder, low 14 min 5k runner and world medalist. She’s dominated for over a year now.

This. The very few A tier American born runners that we have all stayed home like they always do. Best case is Galen decides to race the US champs and then skips worlds. More typical is that everyone stays home. The WCAP guys are hungry and show up to race often.

You left out "doped" when describing the Africans. The Africans are literally NEVER tested out of season, out of competition, and now we KNOW when the testers are African, they can pay them off with ease. You NPCs are incapable of thinking for yourselves, always toeing the party line, screaming "racist" when you don't have an answer. Go back to your Orange Man Bad party and ganja gummies.
Don't be a moron.
I love an (East African) parade! Hard to believe, but that was even more ridiculous than the last few “European” xc champs. Go Ken-merica!

So you agree that the USA team should be dominated by African born runners? How would you feel if you where an elite American born athlete trying to make teams. It's not on I disagree with it.
I want the best Americans to make it.

All I can say is what a joke! How many African born runners where at the front of that race, just ridiculous.
5 Kenyans and 1 American for the world cross team is utter nonsense.
And yes before anyone mentions Farah I'm not a fan no.
Thats 6 Americans, not 1.
Maybe your attitude gives some insight on why America surpassed the UK as a world power.

at 800 - Marathon including the Steeple has anyone represented Britain who was not a REAL BRIT? The only 1 I am not sure is from Britain is 1:43.77 for 800 runner Osagie and Lemonciello. Britain does not use fake/plastic Brits in the Distances much at all.
Osagie was born in England and has been a permanent resident of the UK his entire life unless he became a US permanent resident as part of his switch to OTC. His father is Nigerian, his mother a white English lady.
Lemoncello, I believe was born and/or raised in Scotland but has American parentage or something along those lines. Not 100% sure of Lemoncello's history.
The Rupp/True/ Heath generation has gotten old and hasn't been replaced by runners coming up through the American high school system.
Jenkins is a rather lonely representative of the next, mostly missing, generation and he decided to skip this one, making the void that much more palpable.
Hunter is a hope for the still following generation, and his performance today was OK, all things considered, but not much of a forecast for his elite distance future.
Anyone who thinks this is an easy course should ask Hunter about it. He was broken and left wheezing by the hill iteration after 7k and a sitting duck for the eventual pass by Ferlic, who played the pacing smart.
The sensation of speed when standing at the rope for the downhill finish by Kipchirchir and E Bor was tremendous.
Those who said E Bor had no chance for second: wrong. He ran a lifetime PB on the track last summer, 13:20.
Nice rice by Reid Buchanan.

So you're saying that all the guys who just whupped the American born runners today are "doped"? That's on the US authorities if it's true. But you know it's not. You can redirect and make this about race if you want, but the fact remains that the best American born runners are not showing up to compete in their own countries national championships. Pretty defeatist attitude if you ask me.
