Dont jizz urself and pace it better next time
You'll be lucky to break 19. I did the same workouts six weeks ago and ran 5:42, 5:41, 5:35 and hit 18:18 on the track a few weeks later. You might be able to hold 6:00 pace right now.

Underachiever alert....
Next time try to negative split each interval. Much easier and you walk away from the workout feeling like you could do much more.
Try to open up more like 5:50-5:55 and run even splits. You probably could break 19 but barely... and that's assuming it's either on the track or on a super fast road race course.
Run it smarter next time.

Naw, I am just more of a miler than distance guy. I ran a mile in 5 flat 2 weeks ago, so there's that.

If you could do the same workout but reverse and I would have said sub 19.

Oh, and the 5k was an individual time trial, not a race. But I tend to time trial pretty close to my race performances, so I don't think I could have gone much faster even if I had been racing.

Ouch. Big slowdown even with LONG rest. Well, at least we know you can run a 5:39 mile. I'd say about 19:10.
How many mpw are you running?
Next time start off the first mile at 6min and see what happens.

Add 20 seconds per mile.
19:15-ish for 5k.
currently I run 18.40min for 5k ...race-time:)
And i could not do this workout...imposible.
with this positive split its even harder.
with proper pacing your time could be low 18's!
