I have joined a gym this year.
Can anyone recommend a program for a beginner weight training ?
I do sprint training twice a week in the winter and would like some advice how to fit gym around this.

How old are you, what type of equipment does this gym have?
I would get the book Starting Strength and do Stronglifts 5x5.
Deadlift, Squat (to slightly below parallel), standing press (not push press), weighted pull-ups, weighted dips, bench press
Early thirties.
The gym get busy so not the best for weight training but I'm a beginner.
I used only one machine for the lat pull down as I cant do 8 x pull ups. There is no pull up assist machine.
I found this last week, what do you think ?
