I skimmed the interview. I was wondering why he would train in Guelph, but it seems like the top Canadian training group is based there. I wonder if they do altitude training stints somewhere.
Another thing that came to mind was mileage that Tate has done. The guy has done great for where he came from and what college he ran at. But 120-130 miles per week is monster mileage for a college runner. I wonder how much more room there is to grow with that kind of mileage background.
