He got suspended for an illegal hit which gave a guy a concussion and then stood over him mocking and taunting the injured individual. Should have been more games.
He was suspended for an illegal head shot. He was penalized in the game for taunting.

Is everyone who makes a similar hit suspended? The commentators seem to think that he was only suspended because he taunted? And how can something be suspension-worthy if it wasn't even a penalty when it happened?

Huh? It was a penalty. He was called for an illegal hit and for taunting. The Bengals declined the hit penalty, and accepted the taunting.

Ok. And a suspension is handed down every time that type of hit occurs sans taunting?
A suspension occurs whenever Roger Goodell feels like it. Haven't you followed the NFL? His suspension, however, wasn't for taunting. Confused? Write the Comissioner's office.

Just think...next Sunday you can talk about all the things that happened in this weeks games.
Ok, a Ravens player just made the same exact helmet-to-helmet hit against Jessie James. Let's see if he gets suspended next week.
